Make sure your heat tapes and stingers are plugged in and working.  Keep drafts from getting under your house.  

The Park has torpedo heaters for rent if your pipes freeze.  WE DO NOT THAW or REPAIR FREEZE DAMAGE!  If we have to replace a broken meter due to freezing you will be charged materials and labor ($75/hr).  Meter will not be replaced until you complete proper winterizing.
