PLEASE NOTE:  WE DO NOT ALLOW HOMES OLDER THAN 1990 TO BE MOVED INTO THE PARK.  ALL USED HOMES MUST LOOK UPDATED AND WELL MAINTAINED TO BE MOVED INTO THE PARK.  WE WILL REQUIRE PHOTOS OF THE EXTERIOR.

NEW HOME SPECIALS: Move a new home in and get 6 months free rent, or we will pay the equivalent of 6 months rent towards your cost for the special concrete piers that are required to install a new home.

USED HOME SPECIALS: Move an approved used home in and receive 3 months free rent!

SPECIALS REQUIRE A COMMITMENT OF 36 MONTHS FOR THE HOME TO REMAIN IN OUR PARK
